How dark is our coffee?
We roast all coffees to a medium with some on the darker or lighter side
How many cups of coffee in a 12 ounce bag?
Depending on your brewing preference, we say anywhere between 12 and 16
How should I select my grind preference?
All coffees have a suggestion based on brew method. If you have a strange brewer, feel free to reach out to us for suggestions.
Do you offer bigger quantities of coffee?

Is your coffee organic?
Our coffee is all fair trade and rainforest alliance certified. We source organic when we can get it, however many farms have a hard time affording organic certification. It is not our main focus in sourcing because of this.
